Every order is dispatched within 3–4 working days across India. As soon as it ships, we email you a tracking link, and you can follow it here at any time.

Sign in with your email
Tap Sign in to see your orders and enter the email you used at checkout. We send you a one-time code: no password to remember.

Open your order
Under Orders you'll see every Maithri order with its status: Confirmed, On its way or Delivered.

Follow the courier
Once dispatched, the order shows the courier name and a tracking link with live updates until it reaches your door.

Your order confirmation and shipping emails each have a View your order button that opens the same status page, no sign-in needed.
